I qualified as an Occupational Therapist with a BSc (Hons) first class degree in 2021. I have always been passionate about helping people find meaning & purpose in their lives.

Around the same time as qualifying, I had a profound spiritual awakening in which I discovered energy healing and other holistic modalities. I then embarked upon a journey of personal healing, self-discovery & transformation.

After practising as an OT in mainstream healthcare for two years, I quickly recognised that the conventional approach did not align with my spiritual values, beliefs and true calling. 

I am now a fully qualified Reiki Healer (+3 years experience) with a strong lineage, only 6 steps away from the founder of Reiki, Makao Usui. I am also qualified in Cupping Therapy (+2 years experience) and I am an Essential Oil Educator with DoTERRA (since 2020) which is where the Aroma Touch Technique originates. I am passionate about natural health solutions following the profound benefits they’ve had on my own well-being.

I also enjoy bringing women together in circle where the focus is on providing a safe space for women to connect, share and empower. At present, I am training to become a soulful & spiritual women’s coach & Breathwork Facilitator which I am really excited about. 

My mission is simple and its to support you in addressing the root cause of your physical ailments & emotional/mental suffering, in turn reconnecting you with your bodies natural healing capacity, your inner wisdom & your authentic self, so you can live a healthy, empowered and fulfilled life. I am of the belief that most dis-ease & illness, be it physical or mental, is rooted in the emotional body.

In a world heavily consumed with stress, anxiety, depression & bandaid solutions, my aim is offer a space for growth, expansion, transformation and true healing. Through a combination of energy & sound healing, bodywork, intuitive guidance & natural solutions, I will support you in restoring a state of balance and inner peace, whilst working together to address & clear any energetic & emotional blockages that are preventing you from stepping into your fullest potential.
