Why reiki?

We need to learn to TRUST our bodies messages & intuition, however modern life has made it easy for us to become disconnected from our authentic self.

Reiki is an intelligent form of healing in which the practitioner channels universal life force energy into the recipient with the aim to break up stagnancy, dissolve energetic blocks and restore a state of balance and harmony.

 Reiki is a powerful modality that will re-connect you with your body and your soul.

REIKI = ENERGY MEDICINE.

A precise medicine connecting universal life force energy with the bodies INNATE powers of healing. Our bodies are always trying to heal, always attempting to return to homeostasis and wholeness, reiki ENHANCES and supports this process.

Reiki fuels the bodies homeostatic mechanisms which assists the body to RESTORE its OWN balance and equilibrium.

Reiki also stimulates our parasympathetic nervous system (putting you into rest/digest state) which is the state in which our body can HEAL ITSELF.

Working with energy helps release stuck & stagnant emotions from the body down to a cellular level & treats the WHOLE person, NOT in isolation.

Reiki has helped me so much on my own journey, from connecting me to my souls purpose, over-coming physical ailments & anxiety, supporting me to make heart-led decisions and SO much more.

I am excited to share my knowledge with you in this programme, which I have poured my heart and soul into!

 Offering includes:

• x6 reiki sessions (2 per month)

• Each session is 1hr (except from the first and final session which are both 90 minutes)

• First session is 90 minutes, including consultation, intention setting and oracle card pull

• Final session is 90 minutes to include reflection, feedback and advice on next steps

• All reiki sessions include guided meditation, sacred smoke cleanse, crystal therapy & elements of sound healing to amplify healing.

• Education around each chakra, also known as the energy centres of the body, including ways you can unblock and balance each one for optimal health and wellbeing. You will receive a booklet as part of this programme which we will be referring to throughout, so it may be easier to print out a copy if you are able to! 

• Creation of a vision board approximately half way through (optional but highly recommended to support you in connecting to your souls purpose and sub-conscious mind).

• Follow up emails 1-3 days after each session with suggestions for ‘homework’ in-between including meditations, breath-work, journal prompts, book recommendations, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT – also known as tapping) tailored exercises. 

• Access to me throughout via WhatsApp or messenger for guidance and support.

• 2x payments of £166.50 (1st of each month for 2 months)
